Our client is looking for an innovative, extremely creative yet business-minded, detail oriented, reliable and stellar Social Media Manager / Digital Marketer.
Our client's brand falls in the children's accessories industry and targets US moms with a passion for DIY sewing projects.
Role
The Social Media Manager / Digital Marketer will be responsible for developing and implementing the client's Social Media strategy in order to increase their online presence and improve their marketing and sales efforts on Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest.
Responsabilities
Influencers:
Develop and lead the strategy for our US based influencer marketing partnerships that will drive new acquisition goals.
Create brand storytelling and DIY campaigns by building collaborations with social media influencers that will help drive brand awareness.
Identify and liaise with relevant US based influencers that align with the brand, negotiate fair rates for deliverables, and ensure the relevant agreements are in place.
Analyze and report on performance of influencer partnerships and recommend strategy optimizations as needed
Social Media:
Develop the end-to-end social media strategy, execution, and growth of our organic social channels (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and Tik Tok)
Manage monthly content calendars and drive the content strategy
Daily engagement across all social media platforms
Propose innovative ways to bring product to life through photography and videos.
Analyze and report on social media content performance and recommend optimizations
Digital Marketing:
Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Qualifications
Expertise in strategy and tactics for direct sales and brand engagement across all social media platforms including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and TikTok
Experience in budget and campaign management across various platforms
Experience in social media KPIs, SEO, web traffic metrics and measuring success of campaigns with metrics tracking (Google analytics)
An “eat, sleep, breathe” passion for social media and creative marketing
Applicants must have at least two years’ professional digital marketing and social media experience, preferably in an agency setting.
